01Selected outcomes

Selected outcomes

Results from teams I led. Context and scope are included in the cases below.

    02Selected work

    Built to make a difference.

My mandate, the decisions I owned and the capability the business gained.

      03Work with me

      Build the function.
      Move the business forward.

For businesses starting with scattered reports, growing past their current setup or needing experienced data leadership.

      Start with a conversation

Tell me what decision is blocked, how your team works today and what needs to change. We’ll define a useful first step together.

      Discuss your data challenge

      04How I think

      Two reports. One metric.
      Different numbers.

Product reports €48.2K. Finance reports €52.0K. Both use the same source and formula. The difference is where each reporting day starts.

An interactive example with synthetic data. Try aligning the day boundary.

Hourly synthetic GGR. Each report sums its own 24-hour window. Switch the boundary to reconcile the reports.

The leadership task: agree on the definition, name an owner and make the rule reusable.

      05The lab

      Thinking, made tangible.

Three free browser tools I designed and built to make analytical thinking practical. No sign-up.

Animated previews use illustrative data. Open a tool to use the full experience.

      06How I work

      A clear path
      from question to action.

The question, the data, the team and the decision — connected.

        07Career

From a bank ledger to the board deck

My path into analytics began in a bank’s accounting department — debit on the left, credit on the right. Everything since has been about making numbers add up for the people who depend on them.

One square per week since 2010, coloured by role. Select a role to highlight it. The timeline updates to today.

Education: BSc in Computer and Information Science, Dnipro University of Technology, 2003–2009.

          08Teaching

          Build the next generation
          of analytical judgement.

I wrote and teach Analytics in iGaming at iGamingEducation.io: a practical programme for analysts and product professionals working with operator data.

          13 weeks · 11 modules · capstone

          Explore the programme

Paid programme. Current dates, format and tuition are listed by the school.

From a metric to a defensible decision

Work through SQL, acquisition, retention, LTV, risk and experiments — then bring the analysis together in a capstone project.

          09Beyond the job title

          Build. Lead. Share.

I started in banking and learned to ask where a number comes from. Leading teams taught me to ask what someone will do with it.

Today I combine fractional leadership, teaching and building tools — and I’m open to an in-house leadership role. My focus stays the same: useful analytics, clear ownership and people who can act on the result.

          Speaking & public work

The next good question starts a conversation.

            Let’s build what’s next.

Tell me about the role you’re hiring for or the data challenge your business needs to solve.

An illustration of possible futures, using synthetic data. A conversation is where we choose the next step.

            Good stories need solid foundations.

Career outcomes describe teams I led and are self-reported in my CV and LinkedIn. Public programmes and recordings document speaking and teaching. They do not independently audit financial outcomes.

The monitoring chart, reconciliation example, tool previews and forecast illustration use synthetic data. They are not client dashboards. Career metrics come from my CV; $150K refers to reported annual vendor and tooling savings, not net profit. The client in the consulting case is unnamed.
